To ensure that this part is as safe as possible, we almost always work with long-standing partners. Our suppliers are put through their paces before the first purchase of goods, so that we know the local circumstances as precisely as possible. This also includes the geographical conditions: Which plants grow in the vicinity of the bees? How far is the nearest conventional agriculture from the agave fields? In which growing areas can the coconut palm bear fruit under ideal conditions?
