The high luxury value is of the utmost importance as the first priority for the quality of the honey. Honey is a natural product; every region produces a unique, distinguishable delicacy.
The taste, smell, colour and consistency define the character. But quality evaluations of this kind require extensive expertise and extremely fine sensory perception.
Modern analysis processes are used to conduct standard examinations on all kinds of honey. Besides water content, pH value, conductivity and HMF value, we focus our main attention on finding evidence of residues, especially bee medicines.
To verify our analysis results, we work with independent, accredited experts. The laboratories of Dr. Lüllman (German Honey Institute) and Dr. Raezke (APPLICA), located here in Bremen, are world leaders in the area of honey analysis.
