At 1895 we started to import honey from all five continents of the world. Since then we have been regarded for our trading and purchasing expertise, as well as for our hanseatic reliability. In our warehouse we have continuously about 3.000 tons of honey of all qualities and in any quantity on stock.
We maintain a close, direct contact to the beekeepers all over the world and have brought a multitude of new apiary projects into being. The supervision as well as the education and advanced training is being adopted locally and led by our partners. Thereby, our own organic apiary with its practical experiences is a valuable support.
The ecological beekeeping receives a special meaning, since it is a final product that guarantees a high quality standard, complete transparency and no residues. For the beekeepers, the ecological bee keeping offers a long-term perspective upon the natural resources of their domestic region.
During the past years we grew to a considerable European importer of organic honey during the past years.
We can gently and conserving refine and fill the honey in batch sizes from 1.5 t up to 30 t in our modern production plant.
Our product range is being completed by natural sweeteners such as agave juice concentrate, bee pollen and other valuable products from the beehive.
Our Competence
We deliver our honey either directly from its origin or from our warehouse in Bremen. You can purchase it in a prepared quality or already filled in jars and squeezers.
For a gentle and quality assuring refine- ment, we have equipped our production line according to the highest technical standards and requirements. Detailed specifications, batch-related production logs and a guaranteed traceability belong furthermore to our services.
Our process-oriented Quality Management System represents all internal procedures and controls these efficiently. The QM compendium is based on the norm DIN/EN/ISO 9001/2008 and contains an integrated HAACP-System according to the parameters of the Codex-Alimentarius.
Since 2005 we have fulfilled the certificati- on of the International Food Standard on a higher level. We therefore are the first ho- ney importing, refining and filling company on the European market that reaches these high standards.
All raw materials are being checked according to severest requirements in our internal quality laboratory. For official ana-lyses, we work together with accepted and accredited laboratories.
Our long-lasting experiences, the close contact to the beekeepers and producers all over the world and an extending quality assurance make us an acknowledged com- petent and reliable partner.
