In addition to the routine and stringent requirements in the raw material market, we consider it a given to provide you with honey that has been prepared gently and carefully to maintain its value.
The design for our production facility takes the special characteristic of bee’s honey into consideration. By adopting our lengthy experience with honey as a raw material and our apiary expertise, we have been able to acquire a technically perfected, fully automatic and computer-controlled preparation system, which easily meets all quality requirements.
We can supply you with clean liquid honey so you can fill it directly into jars or you can process it further to produce your own products. We also produce honey of a fine creamy consistency for special discriminating tastes.
A highly modern stainless steel tank farm supplements the concept of providing large quantities and homogenous batches.
All the technical production data is processed and documented in the form of batch logs in our extensive goods management system so that we can guarantee the traceability of every batch or lot.
The honey, fully processed and ready to bottle, is available as follows:
- Tanker (up to 25,000 kg)
- Cubitainer (up to 1,000 kg)
- Drum (300 kg approx.)
- Hobbocks (25 kg)
- Pail (12.5 kg)
